hmm, yes, mustard. Let's see, Rave in NC...i assume a bonfire should be invloved... uhh music and drinking? check. Location ideas would be a good start... maybe, um, let's C is thur an ocean thur, i dink so. Is der a mountin hill thang, i dink so. Music is kind of a non-issue, at this point. 
I was thinking some place where people can get involved, yet not shot accidently by hunters with night vision goggles...
Perhaps we could even swing a city scene, maybe pack an apartment full of assclowns, shit on real american dollars, and let them fly throughout the streets from a giant plastic garbage bag
