hi has everyone seen that documentary 'scratch' by doug pray it looks really good i really wanna get the dvd or something a local cinema was screening it and i didnt go (argh!) its like all about the origins of hip hop (proper underground hip hop) and great turntablists and stuff the thing is it reminded me of a very similar film that we were talking about here like almost a year ago! it was about the house scene and how it grew out of the 70's i was very keen to watch this too and if anyone has any info on it (forgot its name!) or where i could buy it (or scratch) please reply! :P otherwise... comments ?

Dunno about the DVD but I saw the soundtrack at HMV. It's got all the tracks featured in the docu I presume.
Might try ordering it from Amazon if you really want it.
