It's 11am, I'm hungry, and ran across this...
The McGangBang
It appears that some restaurants know how to make it already if you ask for it.
You put a whole McChicken between the patties of a double cheeseburger. It's like an American version of a turducken in a way. It's taking two inexpensive food items and making it a masterpiece.
McDonald's made an official statement, endorsing making it for you;

Look at that, it is pretty gross, but i think one day i will go through and ask for a mc gangbang ... just to see if they really know how to make it .... and then proceed to give it to a homeless person ...
