I used an entire roll of paper today after using the bathroom. Maybe I'll get extradited to face charges in the USA for endangerment of environmental factors and Jesus Christ.

Oh, yeah. Hmm. Interesting idea. Why don't they just fucking TAX AND REGULATE THE SHIT?? Over 60% of the profits from the Mexican drug trade is from marijuana. Why would anyone want to buy Pablo's brick-weed when they can get OG Kush at the local head shop? While it won't kill the drug cartel's profits, it will certainly take a huge chunk out of it. I can't even believe this country is so back-asswards that it thinks that censoring the internet and prosecuting pot-smokers is going to help anything at all. This place is fucking stupid.

The way I understood it was that if there was a group of folks, say like 3-4 people who were US citizens and they were in another country (say, Mexico) and were conspiring to bring in a huge racket of drugs (whatever the substance might be), and they got busted, they could be prosecuted.

While this is a little "Minority Report" in a sense (i.e. they didn't do anything, but police thought they were going to). And I realize that it's not the greatest idea in the world. However, on the other hand, you can *kind* of relate this to other forms of terrorism (i.e. you remember hearing about folks who were found and prosecuted because they were going to bomb a few buildings in London?)

Is the best way to combat drugs simply to make drugs legal? perhaps. Is the best way to keep your country safe by being proactive against possible terrorism? perhaps.

Everything needs to be in a good balance. This whole thing just had some poor execution and really needed to be revamped to work better.

just my two cents. I could honestly care less, because 1) i'm not a drug trafficker; 2) i don't do drugs; 3) i don't live in a border state.

With that being said........if you aren't in the realm of trafficking drugs across a border, do you really have much to worry about? just playing devil's advocate.

This country needs to quit being stubborn and legalize weed.

Free up some jail space, regulate it, and stimulate the economy in the process.
