Drunk LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad - Progression Sessions 7

Anyone else heard this?
Fine fine D&B from the master....

the mc is really complimentary to the music, i worried that he would be annoying.

Anyone else heard? Definately one for drum and bass fans, and there is a CD2 minus mc if he annoys you

Yeah, i like Bukem too, very much but i don't have any of bukem's progression sessions or logical progression compilations.. as originals, only a few burned ones (shame on me!!), but a friend of mine has them all so far.. except progression sessions 7 i think.

Totally agree!! DRS is fucken sick in this release. Best line is at the start: "I need inspiration, rewind contamination, need to represent my nation even if it dun represent me". So many good tracks in this release.. favourite string of tracks would have to be

03. J-Laze - Miles & Miles From Mars
04. Makoto & Akira - Travel Star
05. MC Conrad - Logical
06. LTJ Bukem - Close To The Source
07. Intersperse - Equanimity
08. Big Bud - Chill

Awesome stuff

PS 7 is very cool as well. Movin away from the older 1-5 styles. Isn't better than 6 in my humble opinion. Sound quality is a bit too 'live' though, not enough bass! Still, good tunes.. MC Conrad unleashes a few awesome rhymes throughout the set

the thing that prog session 6 and 7 generate is atmosphere from the crowd. crowd atmosphere just adds so much more than a normal studio recording, even if the quality isn't the same.

well fuck that

I'm buying a cd, I don't want something that sounds like shit either!

you could do a bootleg and it'd be close sounding to that one ( I am exagerating ) , it's sad...........

crowd atmosphere can be added in a good way, but most electronic music lives just don't cut it ...; it's weird , seems like you got amateurs running the system or something
