Fun stuff making this... gonna give us a rest for tonight and resume tomorrow. Anyone interested in techno let me know what you think. On to something here for sure. Breakdown and after needs a little tidying, imo.

Ah glad to see another convert to da tacjno!

Firstly, fantastic sound quality - what are you using for percs and drums?

Really like the intro and drop.
The breakdown for me is sort of out of character and not dark and down enough compared with the other parts.

Great so far.

Nice idea so far, definitely keep at it. It lacks some elements maybe, the lead sound doesn't seem too up for the job IMO. You should pay attention to your levels, compression, it sounds squashed to me, the bassline and the kick are eating each other, bassline tends to win.

Keep it up, looking forward to the update

I like this direction you establish for your production so far lol, hard to comment yet as this is basically good WIP idea which will require some extra improvement but the way you lay it out at the moment is really interesting.

For me (in order to continue on this Techno path) I would like to hear more, kind of industrial sounds/FX like this automated assembly line sound, pressure release sound or more robotic noises, etc.... .

Please let me know when you will have more development done on this track as I can definitely hear some cool potential in it.

Cheers,

Darek

Nice stuff so far, I actually like it in it's minimal state, doesn't need much more but if it was me, I'd focus on adding and subtracting different lines of percussion to build and release tension rather than additonal synth layers (within reason).

I'd be interested in hearing the finished version.

Thanks fellas G-con, I agree. Anyway I bought Camtasia and got it up and running properly and some friends have been asking for videos, so I figured I would start out with a run down of my mix for this track. It's 35 minutes long, in 4 parts.

1/4

2/4

3/4

4/4

The mic audio isn't perfect, street and elevator noises, slight hum. Ableton audio is isolated and clear, though. 2 AM as well, so go easy
