So, just got around to reading all the ASOT 550 threads and the responses to Fei Fei's set..I decided to download it since I didn't get to hear it yesterday. Geez us, the number of analogies and words to describe her set. I don't mind dub in a sense, but c'mon...it was like going to a Dave Matthews concert and blaring electronic music. No wonder she got such a bad response by most trance listeners.

What did you guys think of her set?

Was not a fan of it at all, but don't agree with people bashing her personally. Bash the set all you want, but at the end of the day I think Armin should've known what to expect from her set, and not booked her. When I heard she was on the lineup I was a bit surprised because I knew she wasn't a trance DJ by any means.

The crowd was eating it up, "Rack city bitch, rack, rack city BITCH!"

The whole set was bad, and not just because of the dreadful dubstep, everything about it was bad. It seemed like once or twice, she just let a song completely finish before starting a new one, with zero mixing. Just total lack of respect IMO.

Apparently she acted like an idiot in a post interview by Armin, saying "She'll play whatever the fuck she wants" etc.

I was at the show, so I didn't hear it, or able find a DL for it. But if she really did act that way, then the smallest ounce of respect I had for her went completely away.

It was awful, she sounded like a complete ass. I would be piissed if I was Armin. He puts all this work in and she comes on and embarrasses him. Drops the f bomb on world wide radio lol. She came across as a complete amateur. I dunno if she is supposed to play in Den Bosch, but he should cut her loose.....
