Harsh's Worksheet
All of this is super common knowledge - and probably stuff you already know - and as with most things, take it with a grain of salt, as most things are not 100% accurate all of the time, ever. But...
In general:
-Stop drinking beer, and drinking any other sugars.
-Fruit *can* definitely make people fat in immoderate amounts; eat it sparingly and for vitamin/fiber benefit.
-Keep lifting heavy stuff with proper form, and don't stop pushing yourself to do so (unless you're in actual pain, rather than just physical duress/soreness). Up your weight lifted at a very steady pace, as if you injure yourself you'll set yourself back a ton.
-Stop drinking beer.
-Drink at least half of your bodyweight (lbs.) # in ounces of water each day. Even a bit more when you're working out.
-PROTEIN! Your bodyweight (lbs.) in grams of protein each day. You'll take polar bear shits, which can only benefit this forum.
-Do your best to get plenty of sleep. It's vital to recuperation, and thus gain in muscle mass, as your muscles repair themselves after you "damage" them (lifting). Easier said than done, I know...
-Stop drinking beer.
