Saw this series on Cable TV before. This was my favorite from Stan Lee's search for real Super Humans. It's really not original but it is really amazing.
Edit: They don't show the whole segment but basically the trick is not to belly flop into the one inch of water in that tub from that height but as you land you skim across the water like skipping a flat stone in a pound and that takes away the force of being crushed. It can be explained a lot better than that but that is the laymen explanation.
