Beatles has sold almost billion records and are the most successful music group or artist ever existed and these tools just compared themselves to them?

I know Swedes are arrogant, but this is just on another level.

Lol I was just going to post this. There is NO comparison (and I'm not even a huge Beatles fan).

It's much more profitable to DJ on your own than in a group...

Axwell headlines so I could see him profiting, but Sebestian and Steve I don't think are at that same level popularity wise, are they?

In all fairness, this looks like a case of tabloid-style headlines blurring what was actually said.

Read the full quote from the actual source article - http://www.rollingstone.com/music/n...1#ixzz1yVWibOTZ

"I think the Beatles made something that's kind of melancholic to sad and happy combined, and that's just amazing," Ingrosso said, adding that he sees similarities between the Fab Four and Swedish House Mafia's chord progressions. "I kind of analyze music a lot, and I think that what the Beatles have done is what we do today. [It] doesn't matter that we do dance music."

a) It's Sebastian Ingrosso, not the whole Swedish House Mafia.
b) He's not coming out and claiming "hey, we're the Beatles." He sees some similarities in the way their music sounds.

I know everyone loves to make these guys out to be dance music's biggest tools, but at least look at the actual facts instead of just jumping on a bandwagon or seeing a headline. That's my two cents.
