Bad phone manners to ask someone to call you back. You should just state who is calling a number to reach you. I mean you could say, would love to hear back from you, especially if this is regarding a date you went on with a girl that loves cake.

I think it's just another useless expense for me, my guy has one, if someone really wants to reach me, they can. Aside from that I just use FB or email to keep in touch with people, and webcam with my family.
