Alex drinks milk on its own, mostly at night because it's a good soporific. I wish I could drink it on its own but I try to avoid it as I get congested often, and dairy does cause a lot of mucus, this is why you should avoid it if you have a cold/flu, or are asthmatic, like myself. It clogs the shit out of my lungs.

Milk is gross but I drink it anyway, I mean everything we consume is gross. You can't feed a population of 7 billion without resorting to these disgusting factory farming conditions... you wouldn't want to eat anything if you really knew the process behind it. I like milk, but I don't actually drink much of it (at least not by itself, I have it in my coffee every morning). If I've skipped breakfast and get a bit hungry before it's lunch time, I'll have a glass to ward off the stomach rumbles, but that's about it.
