Don't use the first name last name thing. Don't use the dj prefix. Pick something that is gender neutral. It is much easier to market an artist , than a person. Don't be too nerdy. like those names that are TriptophonicSawWaveBitcrusher. And try to get as close to A as you can. Because if your name starts with a Z, well for some lists, you will be right at the bottom.
