too start off you need to download and install ftp software I use "cuteftp"
then all you have too do is log-on, and pick what you want too download or upload
some site you need permission, or an account. others allow an anonymous log-on

Better yet if you're totally new to FTP's type this in your internet explorer bar...

Obiously replace that with the login info you have.

i would recommened using FlashFXP for downloading.

Im also using Serv-U for my FTp, but maybe some1 else can tell me a better program to use.
