The formula is thusly:
Half your age, added by 7.
So if you're 26:
26/2 + 7 = 20 is the lowest age you are morally ok to bang.
That being said, if you yourself have the mentality of a 18-19 year old, I don't see a problem with you banging women of that age, as long as the bangs are are performed with the bangee's consent.

What state are you in cause the legal age is usually 16 in most states in the US.
So 18-19 is perfectly legal/moral.
Then again, I remember being 16, and I remember girls when I was 16, and who the fuck would want to deal with that shit again... lol.
