There haven't been conclusive tests on the long term effects of MDMA on the brain that I've ever found. The infamous "holes in the brain' publishing turned out to be completely false as they were actually dosing the monkeys with Methamphetamine. They later retracted the study but the Gov't still cites it in their propaganda.
