It's the Arps

Guys -
So I finally picked the EP up on vinyl and I'm wondering - front and back side clearly read '45 rpm' but it's obviously 33rpm. What's going on?

Come on. You never play it at the wrong speed when you first get a record? Some shit can sound surprisingly neat at the wrong speed. It also could be the poppers.
