Satan (eek!)

I went to GodsKitchen last night! Ferry Corsten was playing he was fucking excellent when he dropped U2s 'New Years Dub' and Tiesto 'Flight 643' The place went fucking mental! really good atmosphere I met him too there a really cool guy, hes not an asshole like many other big name djs I've met! But Godskitchen on the other hand fucked up because Mauro Picotto didn't turn up and neither did Fergie so they've given us free tickets to go to a local night, or to go to Ultra Vegas. I'm going to the club in my local town and going to spent the ticket wisely to see John 00 Flemming or Scott Bond do a 3 hour set.

i got pretty pissed off when they tried to put on all the residents first, but I realised they were building up an atmosphere, Aj Gibson GodsKitchens resident is a guy who I rate as a future star of the British and maybe worldwide trance scene he played a set before Ferry a really cool set, but Ferry really fucking blew everyone away the foundations were rocking everyone was going crazy! good to see Djs play like that, but I know what you mean when Djs don't turn up and you never get compansated for it, this is the first time I've ever been compensated for a dj not turning up. but Picottos playing on the 27th of may so it can't be that bad!

All I can say is that I'm freakin jealous of ya! I have such high respect for Ferry Corsten as both a dj and a producer simply pure energy coming from him and now people even have been labelling stuff he spins something along the lines of "the ferry corsten style" definately a groundbreaker as far as the trance community is concerned. Too bad he hardly has any North american dates at all. Probably can't afford him anyways with how popular and in demand he is. Anyways, just my thoughts.

Yeah we do get spoilt in Europe, and it would be better for Djs like Ferry to play more in Canada and the USA, because he is one of them excellent DJs who never fails to suprise!, John 00 Flemming I've seen him play once before and What can I say he was fucking brillant, never seen such a versitile DJ could play almost every style of Trance also he reads the crowd which I think is a sixth sense some Djs have, he knew when to play each record. And have a good time at Slinky its an excellent club!
