I completly agree with evolve here, this melody is completly generic. Sounds like something half the people here could pump out in a day or so. I could see SHM or axwell play this out I guess, but I think this sound will pass soon.

This is a cool melody. Yes its generic but theres nothing wrong with that, its catchy.

I'd be very happy if someone compared my music SHM. I'd certainly take that as a compliment.

true dat dude. it shudnt be taken personally. It does seem to be generic to what has been popular. But I think that's more related to the style of music that he is making. It is good to broaden ur horizons to more diverse styles

We kinda already have an avicci, who i dislike anyway, as for the melody, well its a matter of opinion kiddo, its kinda clean, but i'm just so tired of this shit, honestly... I hate avicii. His set at ultra weekend 2 was very original but at the same time he took it too far and blended too genres that shud have never have happened.
