I just overheard an amazing story when I was in at bpm magazine with my friend. do you remember the big top 50 djs poll that they were doing? well - the bpm editor got a phone call from armin van buurens manager. he said that armin van buuren had totally spammed their voting with tons of fake votes for himself. I guess armin didn’t realize that the votes had to be validated or something and his manager was freaking out that bpm would catch him out and expose him in their magazine or something.
i cant beleive how lame it was of armin to cheat so badly and how embarrassing to get caught.
it makes you wonder how he got to be number 5 in the DJ magazine top 100 doesn’t it?

Why not check out if that actually is true first...
Its funny how they are assuming his #5 spot in DJ MAG to be fake as well, considering the enormous response on this board at how he should have been #1. What I'm trying to say is, even if he did do it, which I seriously doubt coming from the GUBoard, I guarantee his votes were nothing comparable to what he received just off of members and fans of this board.
