don't try and make it too loud - the best thing to do is to make the track and have the master peak at -3 to -6 (it's digital, so you won't lose anything) and then when you use the limiter,, the intention should be to make it louder but still sounding like it did at -6. I can understand the desire to make it so loud as everything released these days is but it's effecting the way you mix and produce the track. i imagine you have the limiter on throughout the production process (which again can be an OK thing to do but requires a bit of control)
track is quite simple and it's difficult to give constructive criticism when it's all so squashed by the limiter.
