Unless the name is under copyright then anybody can use it. There are many tracks with the same titles such as Marco V - I Feel You and Kay Cee - I Feel You, The Space Brothers - Forgiven and Sylver - Forgiven, Orbital - Halcyon and Chicane - Halcyon etc.

umm id dunno tracks get mislabled very easily...

theres a track called Armin - Blue Fear i think that Oakey used to spin...or make that...prolly still does spin|
