What's With Push - The Anthem?

Just once and for all, explain to me... Is it an earlier version of Universal Nation? A later one? What's the story behind this?

The first release featuring this track was called "The Real Anthem" on Bonzai Records in 1998. The tracklisting went as follows:

A1 Push - Universal Nation
B1 Push - Prisma

Later on it was also sometimes referred to as Universal Nation (The Real Anthem).

Yeah but on the Tiesto Innercity CD I have the opening track is "Push - The Anthem"...
