"Always" would mean every year, last year they had events every Friday and Saturday during the month of December.
USUALLY they do have a fri or sat in December where a company would rent it out, didn't happen last year.
I bet there are more people attending tonight than last Friday, or next Friday, Fridays have been dead this year when I've been in sf. Almost as dead as josh gabriel Mardi gras 2010. :-)
