They don't mean all that much really...
Remix and mix can be used interchangeably under most circumstances, although the original version of a track invariably uses the word mix. A dub usually means decreased vocal content although it can also be used to signify a generally less melodic or more minimalist, darker version of a track. Versus implies two or more producers working together on a track. As in your example, AvB vs. System F means Armin and Ferry co-produced the track. The same can be achieved with the terms &, feat., pres., etc., although & and vs. are probably the most common and feat. often denotes a vocalist. A club mix can mean a more DJ-friendly (and thus club-friendly) mix of a tune, e.g., with additional bass or percussion elements, or it can simply mean the original mix (especially in Germany).
