do you normally take a shit? i usually go about two to three times. i was wondering if that's normal.

Depends on what i eat and how much sleep I can. Can be as little as one time as much as 4 times. 2-3 is healthy.

15-30 times used to be the norm a few years ago. now it's 1-2. my ulcerative colitis is like luckily sleeping like chthulu deep down in a dark moist cavern. but i know it's just waiting to burst out at any time.
