All the Gouryella songs give me a very different feeling than a lot of other trance tunes.. I almost feel like it should have its own genre. Such a creative and fucking awesome style... thats prob why so many people think that ligaya should be song of the year. anyways, just wondering if anyone else gets a very different feeling from those tracks...

I definatley get a special feeling from them, they are all incredible tracks.
But as far as putting them in their own category?? um....no...

ps: I now own all Gouryella singles on vinyl!!! wooo-hoo!!

i get this with most GOuryella tracks. For me i love the Transa remix of Tenshi. That track is out of this world

Well, I know what you mean about the "different feeling" you get from Gouryella songs, because I experience it as well. But I get another totally unique feeling from Oceanlab, and yet another from Flutlicht/S.H.O.K.K.

So, I don't think it's really appropriate to be making new subgenres when Gouryella songs can be rightly classified as melodic trance.

gouryella is like classical music mixed with trance.. sort of
i think ferry got most of the synths from classical music

doesnt seem necessary... the feeling is very earthy, not jungle... makes me feel like a wild animal...

has anyone heard if Ferry Corsten and Tiesto and gonna make some more trax soon..

Gouryella is no doubt the best collaboration between Ferry Corsten & DJ Tiesto has ever came up with. Both of them seem to know the way to produce, title, release top class tunes....

Every DJ wants to be at the top at least once in their lives. Ferry Corsten did it with his alias-based System F - Out of the Blue and recieved tons of play at clubs by top DJs...

Like Tiesto said to Purple Eye/Tsunami Label that he could not afford the time as he's got his own stuff to attend to and might not make the dateline for Ligaya. Thus Ferry took it to his own hands with this once again beautiful track.

Check out the videos of Gouryella too. I've seen everyone I think....but the most impressive one is Tenshi....Walhalla seem very vague to me at the moment...

DJ Tiesto & Ferry Corsten will definately be back once more....their album will be released...*I hope so*
