As for his face, same thing happened to his bud Ferry, they've both gotten a little chubbier in the face over the years...it's just natural aging.

It looks like he's had injections.

I would say restylane in nasal labial fold area, possibly lip as well, then botox between the brows (notice how his brows move up above the eyes, but the corrugators don't compress ever in the middle). This also has the effect of giving the face a completely flat brow at rest which looks unnatural. I think he's also had his brows waxed or threaded as you can see how they have a sharp line under the brow but taper off at the ends.

He's also wearing makeup but badly applied, and in bad lighting so his eyes look a lot more sunken and forehead more pronounced.
