Uplifting Trance Track (need help)

Hello everyone,

I just finished one of my first full uplifting trance tracks, and I would love it if you could give it a listen. Here's the link:

https://soundcloud.com/georis/will-...nd-original-mix

I feel like my productions aren't really comparable to professional tracks, and I've kinda been struggling with making my tracks as powerful and clean sounding as professional tracks. I welcome constructive criticism, so please don't be hesitant to tell me all the things I'm doing wrong.

Thanks for your time

Everything sounds fine except that the track feels like it's missing more parts. The production and structure is comparable to pro's, you only need more sounds to make it fuller.

Wow its really good man! Your mix sounds really clean but as you say, there's something missing when the beat kicks in after the breakdown. It lacks a bit of energy. Anyways, you did a great job!
(sorry for my bad english)

You really need to fill this out more. Just to have your riser sections feel like they're really moving, you know? Your kick is a little behind the mix too much imo. Most of your levels seem pretty nice, I'd just dial everything back a bit so your kick can stand out more. Also for your downlifters get creative and try having a couple play with each other/accent each other.

I think layering the bassline would be a good idea for this one.

After 2 minutes and forward, it sounds really really good! The first 2 minutes were a little "thin", but you have good balance between your instruments (also with kick etc), though a little parallell compression on the drums could make it "fatter" where you don't have that much of instruments. And also the bass sounds a little muddy and low there too, i would personally changed that to a higher pitch or change the sound, cause i don't think it gives so good rhythem with the drums. But in overall: Clear sound, beautiful leads etc, both thumbs up for this one! I think it sounds pro, especially after 2 minutes! Good job!
