I'm not as versed in techno as I should be (but versed enough to know when it's not tech house, Beatport), but whatever vein this is in, I want more of. That cold, warehouses and generators feeling, and preferably around the same tempo.

Sounds super 80's/EBM/Industrial/dirty acid/whatever-wave to me. Not into this style at all, but you should probably check Hospital Productions, Minimal Wave, Citritrax, Avian/Our Circula Sound, Helena Hauff, Killekill, maybe some of the recent Downwards.
