Haha i was laughng so hard last night.
Basically in my loft i have a very noisey neighbour who moved in beside me. When he first moved in he would throw a party almost every night. Which is cool but it would be week nights and i have to wake up at 5:30am. So not that cool.

I approached him soon after and we talked it out. I told him my work situation and he was cool with it. he agreed to keep it cool weekdays and do as he pleases weekends. So a few
Months went by with not a lot of incidents.
Maybe 1 or two here and there. And a few times his coke friends came looking for him late at night and made a lot of noise at 5 am banging in his door all fucked up.



Anyways in the last 3 weeks hes been having a party every night. They start at 3 am on the dot and continue until who knows how long because im already at work by that time. So last night (monday night) 3:30 hits and i am woken up by bass and ppl screaming and partying. I couldn't take it i said fuck this and called the concierge to make a formal complaint. The concierge went to his door and told him to turn down the music and shut up. The music stopped. It went quiet. And then i heard my coke head neighbour go into a hissy fit. "Come ask me to my face you bitch!" He was yeliong through my wall. "Be a fuckin man!" And then out of all the words he could have called me he yelled "Snitch!!! You fuckin snitch!" Now all his crackhead friends join in "Snitch!!"


I cant tell you how hard i was laughing in my bed. Anyways i didnt fall back asleep after that and am currently runnin on 5 hrs sleep in 2 days. But having him bug out yelling through my condo wall was fuckin priceless.

Haha for real. The worst part is i work in the industry i know what buildings are what. I picked this building because not only are the condos converted lofts and amazing but also because its all old people and young couples.
Its quiet. Thats why i picked this building.

Just my luck that this coke fiend moves in beside me. This fuckin loser went to sensation white on saturday to see afrojack....enough said.

Tell him next time you'll call the police instead of the landlord and they'll make him your bitch. Apartments suck. Hey can't you squat in one the houses you're selling?

Don't threaten to call the cops, call them. This is not his first offense. I cannot put up with someone who fucks up my sleep.
And yeah start looking for a house to buy. You're in real estate after all.
