In a microwave oven u get filters, with horizontal slits so small that the waves cant fit thru. But in mobile phones u dont get that kind of filter, or protection. And let me assure these waves are not weak at all. Dont let anyone tell u different. The way i see it, is whats the point in taking the risk. Think about it.. i mean before i became aware of the dangers, i used to talk on my mobile in my own house when i actually had access to a normal phone.. Its just things like that, that are really pointless. Anywayz ive ranted on long enuf.

Without sounding rude, Mike, but what *YOU* said is a load of crap.
Find yourself an electromagnetic radiation spectrum and have a good, long, hard look at it. You will find that microwave radiation has a long wavelength, as has already been established. You will also find that it (obviously) has a low frequency, and is not very energetic at all. Not nearly energetic enough to ionise anything important.
Now, lets just remember that microwaves are below VISIBLE LIGHT in terms of energy. Are you afraid of visible light? I don't think so.
Also, how are microwaves meant to reach your brain to give you a tumour? Last time I checked, visible light cannot penetrate my skin, let alone my skull. Considering microwaves are much less penetrating that visible light, they sure as hell aren't going to get anywhere near your skull.
Thankyou.
