WaveDNA Liquid Rhythm

Anybody here using this? It's on sale right now and looks like maybe a pretty useful tool for arranging drums/perc, but also looks pretty limited in other ways. I probably won't buy it, but I would like to hear what experienced users think about it.

They sure do hype it like the next coming of jebus.

Edit:
Though it does seem like something I'd like to at least try out. On the whole it seems pretty unnecessary for anyone making standard club music.

Yeah, they do. It's a little overboard.

It seems like it would be useful for getting interesting percussion parts to complement dance drums, maybe like Stylus RMX's Chaos Designer. It just seems like they complicate everything with ambiguous terminology.

That video really fucking pissed me off. Too much production and not enough content.

I've been looking for something to replace battery for years now but not found a nice drum sampler/sequencer - this may well be it but I can;t fucking tell from all their hype and fancy graphics

I still do all my drum work manually. Can't have more control than that.

What do you mean manually. Play drums and record them?

I find that my workflow improves when the drum app has a virtual layer that makes me feel I have a drummer friend. In fact oI have a few friends and I can pick which drummer I want to play with. I think that was the last straw with logic. I mean I could put up with the fsct IT is the only daw that cannot send midi to an fx plugin despite the protocol supporting it but now I can chose between Evan if I need a really flat whootie amd the blow fish groove or Jefe if I really want to spice it up.
