Eric Prydz has announced the official release date for his debut studio album, 'Opus', which will be released on February 5 on Virgin Records. Featuring the title track that Four Tet turned into a suspense-building gem earlier last year, it will come a littler later than the Swedish producer's intended arrival date of October, as stated back in May. Along with this, he announced the first phase of his EPIC 4.0 tour, which will take place in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, spanning out over five shows. EPIC, or Eric Prydz In Concert, has gained a stellar reputation for its mesmerizing lasers and 3D technology. The centerpiece of it all reportedly says the new slate of shows have been given a thorough transformation that brings new elements to the performance while maintaining its core assets.
