I have to say this cos otherwise I'm going to go insane. I've recently been having EXTREMELY intense bad dreams that have been so bad that there affecting my judgement and emotions in real life. I know there not real but they seem to place me in an incredibly dark and deeply mood throughout the day. Its hard to break from it and I can often be a bit harsh or odd towards the people round me.
Dont feel I can tell my mates.

Sad to hear that Look for some psychologist, he might help you with this problem. You can also try to ask "what's causing these dreams?" to yourself and this kind of stuff. Maybe you can find the answer
