More domestic doings around here. Sprinkler system is getting fixed as I type, we had new railings installed on the deck so our kid doesn't end up in the pool, and I bought some plants to liven up our deck yesterday, so we should be able to enjoy a nice weekend in the backyard if the weather holds up.
Also, I convinced my husband to ditch the shitty Keurig and go halves on an espresso machine. I actually don't drink much coffee, only one a day on my days off at home, but that's exactly why I wanted to step up our home brew game. Man, coffee hobbyism is some next level shit. It's only been a week of practicing dosing with pre ground coffee, and I already ordered a grinder to grind our own, lol. That should arrive today, so I'll be all jacked up for work tonight.
What have you all got planned?

Crack Magazine are hosting a free party at the other side of town which I'm going to check out with a mate. Just a quiet one though - couple of drinks max.
The weather has been utterly dreadful here all week though. I've never known it be so cold in June. Wet, yes, but not genuinely chilly.

Football tournament with the boys tomorrow morning.
50th edition of PinkPop here, Armin will be closing on Sunday, not that it makes me wanna go, but I'll watch some on tv.
On Sunday Nations League final against Portugal and F1 Canada at the same time.

My brother is really into the coffee espresso grinding thing and my eyes glaze over when he explains all he does. I don't like the flavor of coffee so I cut to the chase and have me some 200mg caffeine pills. But it sounds like fun if you are into the flavor.
Finished the trim on my sunroom bench I built over the last couple of weeks. Now the whole room needs a coat of white paint, mom-in-law is sewing the long cushion, and then we just have to buy the furniture.
Lil dude has had a couple of rough starts to the nights. He likes to party from 9 - 10:30, then cry, then after eating sleeps around midnight. Not too bad overall though. Once he gets on a schedule and sleeping through the night I'll have to look for a fun friday update Like go to a show or something!

Tried out the grinder today and yeah, whoa, it certainly takes some skill to get it right - not that we totally got it right, but yeah. The shop sent a free bag of beans with the grinder, just their house brand, so we used the whole thing up figuring out the size and timing of the grind.
