I share the sentiment that this set here might just be Peak-Tiesto.
The Accessive Rhythm track is gorgeous as ever. People in the crowd seem to be having a time of their lives. Whats not to like!? The mixing is obviously not up to todays standards, but I'm not too bothered about it. Those were simpler times. I think I even have this video on a VideoCD somewhere in my parents basement 
edit: He also has loads of trouble from skipping vinyl and on the breakdown of the Flight 643 bootleg you can clearly hear crosstalk from the next vinyl groove. It sounds like a 2.5second reverse echo from the futurem, but boils down to a shitty press I guess? Cant remember if my copy has the same artifact or not.
On a side note: If you're ever geoblocked, you can try downloading TOR browser and accessing Youtube through that. There is a good chance that your exitnode is not in your own country
