playing basketball. first time i did it when i landed, it kinda jarred but i felt something pop or click and it hurt a bit, the hospital said id torn a ligament so try and stay off it for a while and go to a physio, that was a couple of months ago now. when i eventually got to see the physio i did some excercises and stuff and he said i should be right to play, so 2 games later im just running down the court and it just collapsed and gave way, and it hurt a lot more....
so i went to a different physio and he said ive probably done the post. cruciate ligament and i need to see orthopedic surgeon!!
ack
its holidays now too
