This isn't the first summer track thread, but I just had to make a thread dedicated to tracks that give off summer vibes.

I used to think the track was about an unusually warm summer month. Then I discovered the painting.
I associate all the Eurodance I know with summer, but this, of course, is the top Eurodance summer track in all of the Nordics:
I used to love taking our rowboat out on the lake at our summer cabin with a few beers in an icebox, put this on, and let the wind gently push me back towards the reeds near the shore. Gotta do that again this summer.
Summer's fucking magical, man.
Also, Solarcoaster's always reminded me of summer somehow.
Edit: Matt, I have to say.. People often crap on your threads, but to me they've often offered a gateway to music I feel nostalgic about. I downloaded my whole Last.fm history to skim through just to find summer-y tracks for this thread, and I've listened to a bunch of them now. All this after I didn't listen to any music all week - until now.

He does keep the lights of the TranceAddict after-party on, even if sometimes it feels like we're in the late, late, late sketch-out stage, chasing lingering dopamine highs.
Anyhow, here's my contribution:
What, it's electronic. There's a Theremin in it!

You were actually closer with your first guess. The title was inspired by a remark about the weather made by a Manchester taxi driver, as the track was originally recorded in Planet 4 Studio down by Deansgate. 26 years later and the weather is absolutely blinding on a June morning in Mancunia.

Dude, don't encourage him. Also how do you download your whole Last.fm history?
Anyways, there is one album that screams summer to me, I literally don't listen to it in the colder months, and this is it:
It's nice to get everyone's unique output of summer tracks.

Damn, so it seems. Straight from the horse's mouth:
"I got the name from a black cab driver in England" - had to rewind a couple of times there, but I think I got it now.

Right here: https://mainstream.ghan.nl/export.html. A CSV file is easy to open in almost any spreadsheet application. The tool's a godsend every time I remember only a part of a track's name I know I've listened to. The fact that not even the premium version of Last.fm offers searching your own listening history almost beats the whole purpose of the service to me, but since I've scrobbled since AS times, I can't stop now.
