Behringer vs Numark advice....please

Now there have been some some good and bad reviews about both these mixers - Behringer VMX300 and Numark Matrix3 - but if i was to purchase one of these to play trance/progressive which one would i be better off having?

i have no idea. i dont own either one of them. but i do have numark mixer, and its nothing special. i dont imagine that the matrix 3 is all that special either. thats not to say that i think it is or would be a piece of sh*t. i am gonna have to say that they are probably pretty close. i would buy the cheaper of the two (the behringer). alot of people on this board have vmx 300s and they all rave about them. save some $$$ and buy the behringer.

i have a feeling that i am gonna get followed up buy a behringer sucks response but dont worry about....they are atleast as good as the matrix 3

I can certainly recommend the VMX300. They have an excellent sound quality (85Db S/N ration, the same as the DJM500). An excellent mixer for a very low price.

I have the Matrix3. It is a solid mixer. I have no complaints at all except maybe the crossfader curve is just a touch too harsh? I can mix prog and trance on it fine though, so it isn't a big deal. As for features, it has everything I wanted. www.numark.com has a lot of info on it.

Good luck.
