Havnt posted in months !!. Havnt seen any post regarding Ornadel. Who all are going? All the occasions when I've seen him, Ive been quite impressed. November 23rd at Guvernment.

Something magical happens to me during those twilight hours on Sunday morning. It is on the Sabbath that I always find my God. I am as nomadic as the others wandering from warehouse to warehouse to have my soul awakened. The music thunders through my flesh, the notes swim within my veins. DJs spin their scriptures with eloquence, zest and assurance. The bass rattles my lungs and beats in unison with my heart. If I close my eyes I can watch my flesh melt away and my soul rise between the spaces of sound.

I'm there for sure!! He spins some crazy shit, a lot of new tracks that are not that popular here in North America. Can't wait.

so...

on friday i went to boston to catch guy ornadel at avalon cause i had never seen him before. i have also never been to avalon for any other dj but paul van dyk.

his set was soooooo good!!! i had so much fun. and avalon was empty compared to when paul spins there, there was so much room. but, the crowd had no clue who was spinning, could care less about his set, etc. so after his set, my friend and i were able to walk right up to the booth, and we talked to guy for about 5 minutes. he was so cool and is really excited about spinning at guv on saturday, said it's one of his fave places to spin. i told him i'd see him there...

we got there late ~12:30, and the club closes at 2 but i still had a great time. a few tracks he played: tic toc, carrera 2, flaming june, and we asked him what the second to last track was: he replied, a bootleg...oakenfold used to spin it...wonderland??? i dunno, whatever it was it was really good.

so, now i'm going to guv this weekend to see him again...
