Well I got my Insigma(s) today, only to find that they are the frankly very shitty Tcom 23 as opposed to the well....sellable Tcom9. So I want to return them. I just wanted to know from anyone here who's been on the other end of an only-djs fuck up/"accident" what are my chances of getting my money back.

I don't think you will get your money back, I had a problem with them and they said send it back and they would credit my account so that I could order something else

actually that wouldn't be too bad. They have lots of stuff I like. I guess I'd just have to make sure I get stuff that cannot be confused whatsoever.

Their a huge business, their not just going to fuck you over.

Contact the manager and im sure they will work somthing out with you.

Well I e-mailed Wednesday (as soon as I got my stuff), still no reply.

I ordered Beatseekers - Skyway a month and a half ago and it came cut off center so that the song sounds skewed (it forces the needle to fluctuate left and right). I emailed them asking for a refund, and got no reply. That's been my only disappointment with them so far...
