Junkie XL gear stolen
The management of Junkie XL has revealed that some live gear has been stolen from Tom Holkenborg's studio in Amsterdam (the same studio where Sasha produced most of "Airdrawndagger"). 
This happened two days before Junkie XL's performance at Dutch Dimension in Amsterdam. Because of this the event has been cancelled. The following gear has been stolen: Akai MPC 4000 in a rugged case (Nook), Yamaha AW 4416 (power button is missing and the red master fader is loose), also in a rugged case (Nook), MPC 2000 XL (the power button is missing) and a black hardbag with cables and feeding (plastered with a Soulfly-sticker).
Tom Holkenborg (Junkie XL): "This is really terrible. The gear that has been stolen, is no standard gear, but special gear in which I invested for years. You can't just go to the shop and buy a complete new set. I'm really fed up with this! Not only my live-gig at Dutch Dimension has been cancelled, but also the some gigs abroad have become uncertain, such as a performance at the BBC."
A reward of € 2500,- has been offered for the person who can lead to the stolen gear. Mail all information to: [email protected]
