My favorite at the moment is Juno Records, located in the UK - They are reasonably priced and have a reasonably good selection, not only of trance. Their site is fantastic - it's set out with all the information you need on releases they have in stock, info on ordering from all over the world, and is very simple and easy to use.

juno by far, but chemical and replay are up there aswell, imo no1 can touch them 3 for uk service

Haha, I feel like a follower, but Juno is the best for me. I live in the u.s., and always get my orders with 48 hours from when i order them...can't get any better then that...especialy since they are pretty far away from where i live
