Organize MP3 singles?

Yo gang, I was just curious how you guys organize your MP3 singles. I know most people just throw them all in a directory based on how they downloaded them from. Does anyone have any good MP3 organizers based on type or creates good random playlists or something?

For me, I organise by genre (acid techno, jungle, uplifting trance, hard trance, milky trance, ...) and by date.
