Hey guys, I need some little help here. Im going to the USA in january and I have some money to buy a Video Card (ATI All In Wonder 9700 ), however some friend told me it was really cheaper to buy things online, is this true? Why? Can you recommend any webpage? Thanks!

It really all depends on shipping. YOu can find websites that sell shit at an extremely low price, but get you in the shipping charges.
I go here whenever i try to buy new comp parts (built 2 comps so far =P)
