Cool

i will try and download it over the weekend, just 1 comment to make so far, is that the tracklist seems to be in fits and starts like a really hard tune like the kumara mix of madagascar followed by the soft indica if u kno wot i mean....

Well luke, you have heard most of it already, the first 6 tracks are the same as my comp mix, but with better mixing (imo)

then, i meant to mix into the concrete mix of indica, but i screwed up and forgot to start the needle in the middle of the record (cuz there is two tracks on that one side)

so, i mixed in the original mix instead, but i think it still sounded pretty good.

after that, i abandoned my tracklist and just kept dropping records from my box

as far as flow, it's what i wanted to achieve there anyway, to lower the energy a bit for the trancier songs.

I like how the tracks vary by style, but you need to work on your mixing. It's like you have the beats lined up, but then you push the record or something, I dunno, it just sounds like its 98% there, but then it goes a bit off.

yeah i know! i still need lots of work. I can get the beats 98% matched in a few minutes, but it never seems to be perfect. and when it's that close, i have to wait 64 beats or so before it goes off and i can tell which way to adjust. and, i'm still pushing the record around to adjust it, bad habit i know, i'm trying to learn how to get it back in just by sliding the pitch around, but it's hard.

i tried to do really long mixes in this one, to get good, but they aren't as tight as i'd like.

one of the prhase matchings is really bad too, i missed the cue point, then tried to drop it again in the middle, and it just sucked.

oh well, back to practicing, it's all for fun anyway.

Just a tip, pushing the record doesn't necassarily mean its a bad thing. If your good at it, I think its more helpful to use then to use the pitch slider. I do, and it's always worked for me.

also instead of pushing to speed it up, grip the center spike of the other record to slow it gently---technics only!!! or GENTLY touch the side of the deck.
