Arrow mixer?!?!?!?!

so i'm getting new equipment and i can't decide what mixer.

I'll be running numark ttx1's as decks (www.ttx1.com)

and i was thinking of picking up an allen & heath xone:32 (wwww.allen-heath.co.uk)

just looking for a suggestions as i'm spending so much already i might aswell get all that i can and this is the mixer i found that i've liked so far.

ok first of all, I think the gear you thought of is great!! Allen & Heath Xone 32 is an awsome mixer, and so are those Numark Decks, although most people will prefer a pair of Technics M3D's....

I say go for it....

but why did you open 3 identical threads???

well, A&H are considered ALOT better than Pioneer, Vestax, and Stanton....
it just has alot more options and much better sound quality than the others.....

but personaly, if I had the $$$ I would rather go for a Pioneer DJM-600 cause that's what most clubs have and I think it's best to get used to that.............. anyone agree with me?

sorry I don't......... haven't touched or seen it myself.......

the RM3 is a stanton, and it's a horrid box, IMHO. the fader wears out quick, the EQs dont sound right, and it's got a ton of useless junk on it. it feels like it was made in china or taiwan or something like that (oh wait, i think it is!)

the a&h xone:32 is an incredible mixer. I used to use a RM3.. then upgraded to the xone:32 - literally a whole different world.

any of the a&h mixers are hella nice!!

as far as sonic and build quality, a&h and rane pretty much rule supreme, unless you start thinking of reallllly high dollar stuff. for the under-a-grand category, a&h and rane are the best bang for the buck.

the DJM600 is the standard.. it's a really easy mixer to get used to, also. very well laid out, but Im not a big fan of it. I dont see why buy something just because it's the standard, for personal use. You will need to know how to play on a 600 if play clubs/raves/etc etc, but you can learn that one someone else's 600 :P
