Question Help With Reason!

Could some one help me out with Reason? I have my tune complete in that the entire notation, sampling, programming, mixing etc. is done, however I want to normalise the levels of the track so that it’s more even, i.e. the main part isn’t incredibly loud compared to the beginning/end etc. How should I set the compressor to best do this? Or do you think it would be best to export it to a .wav and do this in my sound editor (Cool Edit Pro)?

I once had the same problem and I used T-Racks to get everything on the same level... never used the Reason compressor for mastering...
