Grounding?

I've been spinning for the last year out of my battle coffin with 2 Stanton STR8-80's, and a Stanton ESM-11 Battle Mixer. I just plugged all the shit up and ran it through my aux/vid on my stereo and it's worked fine.

I just got my Behringer DX1000 in the mail today, and am headed out to buy a desk/table to setup my shit permenantly, and was thinking about grounding. I've heard many people talk about having a ground wire (usually people with 1200's and a DJM600). Do I need to ground anything? What do you need to ground? How do you do it?

Thanks.

hook it up and see what happens?

My boy had an issue with a hum when he hooked up his DX1000

but then used a different outlet and the hum was gone.

I would hook it up and if you don't get a hum then don't worry about it.
